Saumya Singh Rathore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational management. As a Co-founder at WinZO since 2017 and a member of the core team as Chief of Staff at ZO Rooms since January 2015, Saumya has been instrumental in driving brand growth and expansion initiatives. Previous roles include Partner of the English Entertainment Cluster at Times Network, recognized among the top 1% of performers, where Saumya contributed to the introduction of Hollywood in HD to Indian audiences. At Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., Saumya held various key positions including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Business Manager for Shared Functions, focused on organizational restructuring and resource optimization. Saumya's career began at KPMG London as an Associate. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Organization & Consumer Psychology from The University of Manchester and ongoing studies in Psychology at Bangalore University.
