Julia Johnson

Julia Johnson is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Performance at Wipfli LLP since 1997. In this role, Julia provides extensive consulting services, including performance management system development, recruitment for management positions, and organizational structure design. Prior to this, Julia worked as an Outplacement/EAP Consultant at Career Development Group from 1990 to 1997, where responsibilities included outplacement planning and employee assistance program design. Julia holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
