Andreea Sultan, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced international HR professional with a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a background in Psychology from the University of Bucharest. Currently, Andreea serves as a Talent Business Partner at the World Intellectual Property Organization. Previously, they held various roles in organizations such as the International Criminal Court and OTP Bank Romania, focusing on staff engagement, organizational development, and talent management. With numerous certifications including SHRM-SCP and Predictive Index Analyst, Andreea is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
