Ankita Bhongade is currently working as an HR Manager at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, where Ankita is driving digital transformation projects and implementing SAP Success Factors for all business and regional offices in India. Prior to this, Ankita held roles at Deloitte India, Piramal Group, Indian Institute of Management, and Amdocs, gaining experience in talent management, corporate relations, and business analysis. Ankita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi.
