Ushasis Saha is an experienced business development professional with a proven track record in leading initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as GM - Business Development at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting since July 2019, Ushasis established a new team for D2C e-commerce brands and successfully launched the 'MaxKleen' brand, expanding its reach during the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, as Head of 3P Categories at Amazon from February 2018 to July 2019, Ushasis developed a new business model and initiated the "Amazon Karigar" project linking artisans to e-commerce. Prior roles at ITC Limited included Category Head for Deodorants, where Ushasis built a INR 300 crores business and launched successful campaigns for the 'Engage' brand. Early career experiences span positions at Mars and Unilever, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
