Anil Raibagi Madhav

Anil is global head of corporate development and post-merger integrations at Wipro.

He is responsible for crafting and implementing Wipro’s inorganic strategy to accelerate growth by acquiring solutions, platforms, and services that are valuable to Wipro customers. In this role, Anil evaluates, negotiates, and manages acquisitions, mergers, divestments, strategic minority investments, and joint ventures.

With over 25 years of combined experience in corporate finance and IT services across five continents, Anil brings a unique blend of business knowledge and finance acumen. He joined Wipro in 2002, and successfully won and managed various large multi-year IT outsourcing and BPO deals for Wipro, totaling billions of dollars. Prior to his current role, Anil served as CEO of Wipro Gallagher Solutions Inc., a leading loan origination software product company in North America and 100% subsidiary of Wipro.

Anil is a member of Wipro’s Executive Committee and Wipro’s Brand council. He also serves as a board member for multiple portfolio companies in which Wipro has invested. He has a master’s in business administration in finance and a degree in advanced statistics. He resides in the New York metropolitan area.
