Gorav Gulati

Gorav Gulati is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in IT and service management. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Wipro Technologies since August 2018, Gorav is responsible for managing the incident escalation process and overseeing high severity incidents from inception to resolution. Prior to this role, Gorav worked at Bank of America as a Service Operations Lead from October 2015 to August 2018 and held various positions at HCL Services Ltd from March 2005 to October 2015, including IT Project Lead and Senior IT Analyst, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure for ITC Hotels and the Guest Contact Center across India.
