Joy Chakraborty

Joy Chakraborty is a seasoned professional in field service and workforce management with extensive experience across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as the Global Practice Head for Field Service & Workforce Management Products and Platforms at Wipro since June 2022, Joy has previously held significant roles such as Associate Director at ProV International and Regional Consulting Manager at IFS, managing practices across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Joy's career also includes technical positions at Tech Mahindra, ClickSoftware, and a foundational role as a Software Engineer at Manchitra Services Pvt Ltd, along with early experience as a Microsoft Student Partner. Joy holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from IILM College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2007.
