Karun Barach

Karun Barach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy, growth, and transformation. They served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at Smartron and currently hold the position of General Manager of Strategy and Transformation at Wipro. Between 2018 and 2025, they worked at EY-Parthenon as a Vice President/Senior Manager, advising clients on a variety of strategic issues. Karun began their career at Evalueserve as a Senior Business Analyst and later spent over a decade at IBM India Private Limited as an Advisory Senior Consultant focusing on business transformation and change management. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the Institute for Integrated Learning in Management and a B.Com from Delhi University.
