Magdalena Knysak

Magdalena Knysak is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro since November 2022, responsible for proactively sourcing IT talents, determining selection criteria, and conducting pre-screen interviews. Previously, Magdalena worked as an IT Researcher at Luxoft, where responsibilities included sourcing and headhunting multinational IT talents and providing a positive candidate experience. Earlier roles include HR Coordinator at Fujitsu Poland, managing various internal HR issues and onboarding processes, and IT Support Specialist at Fujitsu, where technical support was provided to customers. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and studied Psychology of Transport at Uniwersytet SWPS.
