Ramesh Lad possesses extensive experience in payroll and HR management, having held various senior positions across multiple organizations. Ramesh began the career as a Process Associate in US Tax Filing at Datamatics Financial Services Limited and later transitioned to roles in payroll at Caliber Point and Tata Consultancy Services. Ramesh progressed to more advanced positions, such as Deputy Manager at ADP and Senior Manager at GENPACT, accumulating significant expertise in global payroll operations. At Accenture, Ramesh served as Global Payroll Manager, while also managing UK recruitment and new joiners payroll. Ramesh's recent roles include AVP of Service Ops and Payroll at Vensure Employer Services and Senior Manager Payroll, HRIS, Garnishments, and Payroll Automations at UKG. Currently, Ramesh is a Senior Manager for Global Payroll & HR Transformations at Wipro.
