Rohan Dolas is an experienced professional in process improvement and continuous service enhancement, currently serving as a Process Excellence Consultant Black Belt at Wipro since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rohan worked at Sobha Realty and TMF Group, contributing to business excellence and continuous service improvement as a Business Excellence professional and Manager, respectively. Rohan’s background includes key positions at UPS, Jabil, Delphi, and UTi Worldwide, where expertise in industrial engineering and logistics was developed. Rohan holds an MBA in Project Management from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth and a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
