Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Company Secretary at Wipro since May 2015, Sanaulla is responsible for corporate law compliance, board and shareholder meetings, and listing compliances, among other duties. Prior to Wipro, Sanaulla held significant positions at ICICI Prudential, PSI Data Systems, and Infotech Enterprises Ltd, where responsibilities included handling litigation, corporate governance, M&A, and compliance with regulatory bodies.
