Melodie Petrolo

Melodie Petrolo is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources management. Presently serving as an HR Recruiter at Wire 3 since November 2024, Melodie develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Previously, Melodie held the position of Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator at Atlantic Pipe Services, where responsibilities included managing the employee life cycle, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Top Marks Accounting, Office Administrator at Tritech Fall Protection Systems, and Administrative Assistant / Social Media Manager at KTH Architects, Inc. Melodie studied at Valencia College from 2012 to 2014.
