Dr. Joaquin Hernandez Ramos

Dr. Joaquin Hernandez Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Dr. Joaquin started their career at Indux SA de CV as a Manufacturing Manager and Salesperson. Dr. Joaquin then moved on to join Volkswagen de Mexico, where they held several roles including Foundry Production Manager, Tools Room Manager, Foundry Senior Manufacturing Manager, Laboratory Manager, and Production Supervisor. In 2015, they became a Master Degree Professor at Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla. Currently, Dr. Hernandez Ramos is the Director of Operations at WMC, where they oversee production and ensures cost efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple locations in the United States.

Dr. Joaquin Hernandez Ramos earned a Doctor's Degree in Direction of Organization from UPAEP, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Dr. Joaquin also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, focusing on the field of Negocios. In addition, they hold a Metallurgical Engineer degree with a specialty in Steel from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

Dr. Hernandez Ramos has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Dr. Joaquin is certified as a Coach bilingual by M-POWER MINDSET, with the certification obtained in December 2022. Dr. Joaquin has also earned an International Certification in Executive Coaching and Team Alignment (ICT) from Tecnológico de Monterrey in June 2021. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Transformative Leadership from the same institution. Furthermore, they hold an OSHA 30 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, obtained in March 2019. Lastly, they are certified as a Radiological Safety Officer by the Secretaría de Energía, with the certification obtained in September 2001.
