Jose Navarrete

Jose Navarrete has a strong work history spanning over a decade. Jose began their career as the Head of Electromechanical Maintenance at the COMITÉ DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DE LAZARO CARDENAS in 2005. Jose then moved on to FERTINAL, where they worked as a Project Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they joined FEMSA as a Coordinator for Production Processes, focusing on strategic planning, improvement initiatives, and management models. In 2012, they transitioned to WMC as a Plant Manager and later served as a Maintenance & Productivity Manager, General Manager, and ultimately as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and setting budget goals. Jose has demonstrated strong leadership, safety, and management skills throughout their career.

Jose Navarrete attended the Instituto Tecnologico de Lazaro Cardenas from 1997 to 2003, where they received a degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
