Daniel Souza

Daniel Souza has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Daniel currently serves as the Head of HR Brazil at WireCo WorldGroup, where they implement global HR policies and develops HR procedures and processes. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an HR Supervisor at Tecumseh do Brasil, where they managed strategic projects and supervised various HR functions. Daniel also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Focus Consultoria e Desenvolvimento, where they implemented HR, purchasing, and compliance procedures, and provided mentoring and coaching to leaders. Additionally, Daniel has served as an HR Coordinator at CBSI - Companhia Brasileira de Serviços de Infraestrutura and as an HR Supervisor at BrasFELS, where they were responsible for recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation programs. Daniel began their career as an HR Analyst at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they managed apprentice programs and was involved in training and development initiatives.

Daniel Souza has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Colégio Técnico Getúlio Vargas where they completed a degree in Técnico em Informática with a focus on Sistemas de Informação. Daniel then pursued further education and from 2005 to 2009, they studied at Estácio to become a Psychologist with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. In 2010 and 2011, they enrolled in the Universidade Federal Fluminense to pursue an MBA in Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Additionally, in 2014, they participated in a Programa de Intercâmbio General English at Club Class Language school, focusing on the teaching of English as a second language.
