Deepali Sharma

Deepali Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various HR roles. Deepali currently holds the position of Director - People & Culture at Wired Brains, where their responsibilities include driving hiring and onboarding across the US and APAC. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at Adrosonic, where they focused on building a value-driven culture and leading strategic change. Deepali also served as the Head of HR & Strategy at Kanakia Group and held roles at Seclore, Deloitte India, Zycus, Syntel, and Blue Star Infotech, where they gained experience in talent management, leadership development, HR administration, and various other HR functions.

Deepali Sharma obtained their Masters in Human Resource Management from MET Institute of Management Studies between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2004-2005. In 2017, they became a Certified PPA Practitioner through Thomas Assessment Pvt Ltd. Additionally, they earned a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD in 2013. Deepali has also obtained several certifications, including Building Resilience from LinkedIn in 2021, Re-Designing the Multi-Generational Employee Engagement Strategy from Inconnectiva & the strategist in 2017, and HR Business Partner Professional Development Certification from Inconnectiva & the strategist in 2015.
