Sarah Henderson

Sarah H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked at Kohler Co. as a Server and Training Manager, where they were responsible for on-the-job training and schedule management for hospitality employees. From 2014 to 2016, they joined Vacasa as an Office Manager, overseeing office policies, schedule management, and event planning. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain at Vacasa from 2016 to 2019, leading textile and consumable guest amenity strategy and managing a team and budget. In 2020, they worked as a User Researcher at NGX, before joining Orange Labs UK as a UX Designer in 2021, where they conducted research on in-home connectivity and XR capabilities. Currently, they are employed as a Product Design Manager at WiredScore since 2022, responsible for managing product design.

Sarah H. has a diverse education history. Sarah has obtained a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City, University of London. Prior to that, they completed a 3-month UX Immersive Programme at General Assembly in London. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Wisconsin Colleges. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also obtained certifications as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in April 2019 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
