Derek Grant

Derek Grant has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Director of Operations at Wireless CCTV LLC since May 2025. Prior roles include SVP of Operations at Guardian and Senior Director of Supply Chain at Pure Safety Group. Derek's significant contributions at Inogen as Supply Chain Director included major improvements in customer satisfaction and inventory reduction. At Crocs, Inc., as VP of Supply Planning, Derek achieved substantial cost reductions and process standardization. Additional leadership experience spans roles as Materials Director at Alliance Systems and Flex, where KPI improvements and profitability were consistently realized across multiple locations. Derek holds a BA in Polymer Technology from Edinburgh Napier University.
