Richard Sinclair Mbe

Richard Sinclair MBE serves as the Chief Executive of Towers at Wireless Infrastructure Group since 2023, focusing on sustainable wireless infrastructure for UK communities. Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Zzoomm, leading the deployment of ultrafast full fibre broadband networks. Notable experience includes serving as Executive Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media, where Richard oversaw UK ultrafast connectivity initiatives, and General Manager at TalkTalk, managing the rollout of a revolutionary ultrafast fibre broadband network. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Chief Operations Officer at Ashcourt Rowan PLC and London 2012 Delivery Director at Ofcom, ensuring wireless communication support during the London Olympics. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Immunology from the University of Glasgow, an MSc in Technology from Cranfield University, and an MA in International Relations from King's College London.
