Colette Majilton has a diverse work experience in various roles across different companies. Colette has recently been working as the Group Head of Service at Wireless Logic Ltd, where they are responsible for service delivery and improving the performance of service teams. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Chapter Lead Order Workflow & Escalation Management at Vodafone Business, where they managed global order management and escalation teams. Colette also worked at Vodafone as a Customer Delivery Manager, managing complex fixed line solutions. Colette has experience in project management and call center management at Autologic Diagnostics. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Lean Sigma Trainer at Lean Sigma Academy, where they created and delivered training content. Colette has also held managerial positions at Camelot, Vodafone UK, and Barclays Bank BA&SF, where they focused on service improvement, customer quality assurance, and risk process excellence.
Colette Majilton began their education at Blackheath Bluecoats CofE from the year 1990 to 1996. During this time, they focused on obtaining their GCSE's. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, Colette attended Harris City Technical College, where they delved into A'Level Biology and Geography.
