Scott Beaman

Scott Beaman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Scott is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Wireless Logic Ltd, where they have held multiple positions since joining in 2017. In their current role, Scott is responsible for overseeing the software engineering team and has successfully scaled the team from 5 to 30 engineers. Scott has also introduced QA Engineers to enhance testing processes. Prior to this, Scott served as a Technical Architect, making architectural design decisions and providing technical leadership and support to the team. Before joining Wireless Logic Ltd, Scott worked at Sainsbury's as a Development Manager and Software Engineer - Development Lead. At Sainsbury's, they were responsible for managing large software development projects and leading agile teams. Earlier in their career, Scott held positions at Aardvark London as a Senior Web Developer, Severn Internet as a Web Developer, Unisys as a Helpdesk Administrator, and H.B. Fuller as a System Development Manager.

Scott Beaman earned a Certificate in Web Application Development from The Open University between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they studied Social Anthropology at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2001 to 2002.
