Jaime Carroll has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operations management. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at WireMasters, where they started in October 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at WireMasters from July 2018 to October 2020.
Before joining WireMasters, Carroll worked at Calsonic Kansei from 2013 to 2018, where they held multiple roles. They started as an Assistant Surveyor at Collier Engineering in 2006, followed by a position as an Associate at Graymere Country Club from 2007 to 2008. Carroll also worked as a Mover at VIP Moving and Storage from 2005 to 2010, and as an Associate at Belk Department Store from 2011 to 2012.
Jaime Carroll completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Accounting at East Tennessee State University from 2008 to 2012. Later, in 2012 and 2013, at Middle Tennessee State University, Jaime obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management and Financial Management Services.
