Lea Kiiski

Lea Kiiski has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Lea'smost recent role is with Wirepas, where they serve as the Head of People since June 2022. Before joining Wirepas, Lea worked at Fortum and held various positions such as Head of PMO, Strategy, People and Performance from October 2020 to July 2022, and Head Of Program Management from March 2020 to October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at KONE Corporation as the Head of Customer Solutions Engineering from May 2018 to March 2020, Transformation Lead, Technical Sales Support & Engineering from November 2017 to May 2018, and Head of Program Management from October 2015 to October 2017. Before KONE Corporation, Lea worked at Microsoft as the S&OP Director from March 2015 to October 2015 and Director, Materials Management from October 2014 to March 2015. Lea Kiiski attended the University of Tampere from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences.
