Molly Gancsos

Molly Gancsos is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at WireScreen since June 2025. Previously, Molly was a Senior People & Talent Partner at Messari, where responsibilities included end-to-end hiring, recruitment strategy, onboarding, and the development of the organization’s first internship program. Prior experience includes a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role at Chainalysis Inc., focusing on scaling go-to-market hiring, and a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant position at SThree, responsible for attracting Sales and Recruitment talent across the United States. Early career experience includes roles in technical recruitment at Apex Systems and fundraising management at the American Diabetes Association. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.
