Andrew Ogawa

Andrew Ogawa is currently working as a System Analyst Sr at WIS International and has been with RGIS since February 2004, holding various positions including Windows System Engineer and Technical Support Team Lead. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, Andrew is responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining software packages and system images, managing active directory accounts and security groups, supporting remote offices, providing hardware support, managing antivirus software, and offering application support for over 2000 users. Additionally, Andrew manages help desk tickets, technical documentation, Blackberry and iPhone devices, and provides on-call support on nights and weekends. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Oakland University.
