Carol Wilson ITIL® has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and support services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of End User Support at CROSSMARK since April 2014, Carol previously held the position of Non-Acute and Corporate Regional Operations Manager at CHRISTUS Health from October 2013 to April 2014. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Baylor Health Care System from October 2005 to October 2013, where Carol worked as a Senior Quality Consultant and BIS Corporate Manager. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and completion of studies at Longview High School.
