Megan Willis has extensive experience in customer engagement and scheduling within the retail and inventory sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Engagement Representative at WIS International since August 2021, Megan transitioned to this role following the merger with RGIS, where employment began in December 2017 as a Customer Scheduling Representative III. In this position, Megan manages approximately 20 accounts and coordinates inventory schedules across the US, Mexico, and Canada using Oracle. Prior roles include managing inventory reports at Southeastern Grocers and leading guest services at Winn-Dixie. Currently pursuing an AA degree in Accounting from Florida State College at Jacksonville, Megan demonstrates a strong foundation in retail operations and customer service.
