Zachary Decook

Zachary DeCook is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at WIS International since August 2021. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at RGIS, LLC, including Employee Relations Business Partner, Team Lead for Talent Acquisition, and Taleo Hiring Coordinator from August 2016 to August 2021. Zachary began a career in talent management as an intern at GTB, where responsibilities included updating organizational charts and processing personnel data. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead New Car Porter and Lot Manager at Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for six years, where Zachary was recognized for leadership abilities and work ethic. Academically, Zachary holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
