Rick Blum has over two decades of experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as the Managing Editor at WISC-TV since 2001 after previously working as a Reporter at the same station from 1996 to 2000. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Valparaiso University, completed between 1986 and 1990.
