Gaoshang Moua (Sandy)

Gaoshang (Sandy) Moua is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently employed at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry since November 2021. Prior roles include Recruiting Specialist at Schneider, where responsibilities included screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. With a background in guest service and human resources, Gaoshang has also worked at Kwik Trip, Inc., University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and Clarity Care, Inc. Gaoshang holds a Bachelor of Letters and Science in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and previously pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
