Michael Marlyere

Michael Marlyere currently serves as a Human Resource Business Partner and Human Resource Benefit Specialist at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry since August 2020, following roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Manitowoc Pattern and Machining LLC and Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co., Inc. Michael held a similar position at Menards from April 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included reviewing applications and making hiring decisions, successfully onboarding 60 new employees in 12 weeks. Prior military service includes being a Sonar Technician in the US Navy from April 1996 to January 2002, during which Michael received several awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Educational credentials include an MBA from St. Norbert College, a BASc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, an AS in Human Resources Management from Lakeshore College, and an AS in Fire Science from Illinois Central College.
