Michelle Szymik Ms, Phr

Michelle Szymik, MS, PHR has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle has held leadership positions in the field of human resources, including roles such as Human Resources Director and VP of Human Resources at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co., Inc. Michelle also served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Human Resources Consulting, LLC. Additionally, Michelle has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Englewood Marketing Group and Nostalgia Products. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Michelle also has a background in process improvement and performance management, having worked as a Growth Process Leader and Performance Manager at Plan Administrators, Inc. Michelle began their career as an HR Manager at a company in Wisconsin and served in the US Navy as a Yeoman Chief Petty Officer, USNR, Retired.

Michelle Szymik, MS, PHR, has a diverse education history. Michelle earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Performance from Bellevue University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from the same university, completing their studies in 2003. Michelle also holds a diploma in General studies from Bay Port High School, which they accomplished between 1984 and 1988.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle Szymik has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Michelle earned the Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HRCI in January 2007. Michelle then acquired the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2015. Most recently, in January 2020, Michelle obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
