Deborah Keller is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at West Pharmaceutical Services and as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF), Deborah is also the Principal at Black Frame Advisors, LLC. Previous roles include Chair at Avalere Health and WiCell, as well as Trustee at the Morgridge Institute for Research. Deborah's leadership experience extends to their tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Covance, where oversight was provided for a global workforce of over 12,000 employees in drug development. Deborah holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and dual degrees in Chemistry and Business Administration from Nazareth College.
