Ian Casmer

Ian Casmer has extensive experience in the fitness industry. Ian worked as the Director of Sales at the Wisconsin Athletic Club from 2013 to the present, where they focused on building and developing high-performing sales teams. In this role, they recruited candidates, built budgets and sales targets, and provided training and development for new and existing staff. Prior to this, Casmer served as the General Manager at the Wisconsin Athletic Club from 2010 to 2012. Ian was responsible for overseeing overall club operations and managing a large team. Earlier in their career, Casmer worked as a General Manager at Life Time Fitness from 2003 to 2009. In this role, they managed club operations and facilitated meetings with department heads to analyze key performance indicators and drive business growth.
