Luke Lachendro has a diverse range of work experience. Luke started their career at American Sewer Services Inc in 2014 as an Assistant to the CEO, where they were responsible for grounds upkeep, aircraft fleet management, and aircraft sales. In 2018, they joined Michels Corporation as a Project Engineer Intern, where they gained cost control knowledge and reported to the group Vice President. Luke then took on roles as Project Controls at Michels Pipeline, overseeing financial data and implementing the use of drones and ArcGIS data, and later as a Project Manager in the Executive Office of Michels Utility Services. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Business Development at Wisconsin Aviation Inc, where they are responsible for business development strategies.

Luke Lachendro completed their education at the following institutions. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on General Management and Healthcare Management.
