Pam Klute

Pam Klute has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Wisconsin-Built Inc. since March 2014, following a significant tenure as Human Resources Director at Trachte Building Systems from 1995 to 2013, where Pam was responsible for all HR functions across the company. Previous positions include HR Manager at EDO Automotive Natural Gas, Inc. and Fiskars, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations and workforce expansion efforts. Pam began the HR career as Personnel Assistant at Rayovac and has progressively advanced through roles including Human Resources Coordinator at Madison Newspapers and Human Resources Assistant at General Casualty.
