Carlos Frazier

Carlos Frazier is an experienced professional currently serving as an Event Set-Up Coordinator at the Wisconsin Center District and an Account Manager at Spectrum Community Solutions. With a long-standing role as a Soccer Referee Assignor for the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2012, Carlos manages and mentors over 250 referees. As the Wisconsin District Conference Chairman for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Carlos effectively oversees conferences, demonstrating strong project management and event planning skills while maintaining budgetary discipline. Carlos has also held significant positions such as Conference Services Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Chief of Staff for Representative Kalan R Haywood II.
