Brian Boothby

Brian Boothby, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in construction oversight and project management. Since November 2013, Brian has held multiple positions at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, including BPD Construction Oversight and Automation Chief, SE Region Local Program Supervisor, and SEF Construction Project Manager, as well as serving as a Senior Civil Engineer. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Civil Engineer at EMCS, Inc. from June 2008 to November 2013. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which was obtained from 2003 to 2008.
