Dominique Bechle

Dominique Bechle, PE, LEED AP, has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as Structures Design Supervisor and previously as Bridge Design Engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Bridge Design Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation, and Structural Engineer at Jose I Guerra, Inc. and Smith Structural Engineers, where Dominique worked on a variety of significant projects in Texas. Early career roles involved structural analyses and design for telecommunications towers and large buildings. Dominique holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has also engaged in research related to fiber-reinforced concrete at the university.
