Emily R Lindsey

Emily R Lindsey possesses extensive experience in budget management and public administration, currently serving as a Board Member for the City of Sun Prairie Public Library and as Chief of the Budget Section for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since March 2020, where responsibilities include preparing and monitoring a $3 billion annual budget. Previous roles include Budget & Policy Analyst for the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and various leadership positions such as Mock Trial Manager for the Minnesota State Bar Association and President of the Twin Cities Women's Choir. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Hamline University.
