Kristen Berg, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in both the public and military sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Design & Construction for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since October 2018, Kristen previously held roles as a Civil Engineer and Senior Designer. Prior experience includes managing multiple high-value design and construction projects for the United States Air Force across Europe and Afghanistan, focusing on quality control and compliance with federal standards. Kristen's foundation in civil engineering was established through a Bachelor's degree from Michigan Technological University, along with ongoing education towards a Master's in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
