Rob Scianni

Rob Scianni is a Senior Transportation Engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, specializing in regional construction projects within the Southeast Region since January 2017. Notable contributions include leading the Oakwood Noise Barrier Project along I-94/I-41 and serving as the Traffic Control and Electrical Lead on the State Highway 50 Reconstruction Project. In 2023, Rob transitioned to the SE Freeway Unit, focusing on plan preparation and project scope development for freeway initiatives.
