Rumjhum Sarkar is a seasoned professional in the field of business intelligence, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Solutions Architect at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since April 2017, following a brief tenure as a DWBI Analyst at American Family Insurance. Prior experience includes over a decade as a Software Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on requirement gathering and analysis, team management, designing, development, and testing. Rumjhum obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Nagpur University and completed high school in Science at Chinmaya Vidyalaya.
