Russell J. Bauer currently serves as a Radiological Emergency Preparedness Planner for Wisconsin Emergency Management, a position held since June 2023. Russell's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Remote Sensing from Michigan Technological University, complemented by studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
