Shannon Ladwig possesses extensive experience in emergency management and policy analysis, currently serving as a Program Policy Analyst Advanced at Wisconsin Emergency Management since March 2021, and as an IS Business Innovation Senior LTE at the Wisconsin Department of Justice since September 2024. Previous roles include Supervisor at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and various positions within emergency management, including Program & Policy Analyst Advanced and Homeland Security Reporting Specialist at Wisconsin Emergency Management. Shannon's background also includes significant contributions to the Wisconsin Department of Administration and the Department of Military Affairs.
