Tim Hiers

Tim Hiers is an experienced professional currently serving as an Incident Management Trainer at Lakeside Engineers, LLC since October 2023. Hiers has been a small business owner at Hiers Training and Consulting LLC since November 2019 and volunteers with the Southwestern Wisconsin Incident Management Team at Wisconsin Emergency Management. Previous roles include Regional Manager for the Vaccine Task Force at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Police Lieutenant at the Janesville Police Department for over 30 years. Hiers also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Blackhawk Technical College, teaching courses in Criminal Investigations, Juvenile Justice, and Policing in a Diverse Society. Hiers holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, along with several other degrees related to political science and law enforcement.
