Tania Huycke-Phillips is an experienced professional in animal welfare and foster program management. Currently serving as a Foster Specialist at the Wisconsin Humane Society since January 2018, Tania has successfully developed a foster program supporting 3,000 families across six campuses, streamlined processes, and managed training initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Foster & Facilities Coordinator at Bay Area Humane Society, where Tania implemented a comprehensive foster program resulting in significant increases in volunteer participation and animal placements. Tania's background also includes roles as a zookeeper, wildlife rehabilitation intern, and data entry operator, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
