Nicole Schmidt

Nicole Schmidt is an experienced education professional currently serving as Vice President and Chief Academic Officer at LUMIN Schools since August 2015, previously holding roles as Director of Teaching and Learning and Director of Curriculum and Assessment within the organization. Additionally, Nicole has been an Adjunct Professor at Wisconsin Lutheran College since January 2021. Nicole's teaching experience includes positions at Grace Lutheran School from August 2009 to July 2015 and the Wauwatosa School District from August 2008 to June 2009. Academically, Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership with dual licensure as Director of Instruction and Principal from Alverno College, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Carroll University, completed in 2009.
